Official Rules: Win a Year's Supply of Cleaning Products Prize Draw

 

1. The Promoter The Promoter is Natrie of The Old Pigs Barn, 2 Brighthams Farm, Bines Rd, Partridge Green, England, RH13 8EQ

2. The Prize The prize is a year's supply of cleaning products, defined as 3 x 100ml concentrated cleaner bottles with 2 refillable bottles and 2 cleaning cloths.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

3. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or their close relatives.

  • By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, entrants must provide their email address via the sign-up form.

  • The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or not received for any reason.

5. The Draw

  • The prize draw will run from September 18th 2025 to October 2nd 2025. Entries received after October 2nd 2025 will not be included in the draw.

  • A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The draw will be performed by a computer process within 3 days of the closing date.

  • The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Announcement

  • The winner will be notified by email (using the address provided at entry) within 7 days of the draw date.

  • If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  • The winner's surname and county will be made available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter's address within one month of the closing date.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw, announce the winner, and for marketing purposes as per your consent.

  • Your data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy.

  • If you choose to receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
